AI assists — humans decide
AI suggestions (ranking, screening) are advisory only. A real person makes every hiring decision, and Kaamio never auto-rejects you.
Your accommodations stay private
Accessibility or accommodation requests are never used to rank or screen you, and are never an input to any AI. They reach the team only to arrange adjustments.
What employers can see
Employers see your profile, your application, and the resume you attach — not your accommodations, your other applications, or your practice sessions.
Practice is yours alone
Mock interviews and AI coaching are private practice. They are never shared with employers and never used as a hiring gate.
Verified employers only
Recruiters are business-verified before they can hire at scale, and you can report any suspicious posting. We never ask job-seekers to pay.
Your data, your control
We never sell your data. You can export or permanently delete everything from Settings at any time.
