Where we use AI

• Resume scoring & rewriting: our AI provider analyses your resume and produces a score + suggestions.
• Cover letter generation: the AI drafts a cover letter from your resume + job description.
• Mock interviews: the AI generates questions, evaluates answers, and produces a structured report.
• Skill gap analysis: the AI compares your profile to a job to identify gaps and recommendations.
• AI Career Coach: the AI maintains a coaching dialogue with context about your applications and tests.
• ATS Resume Checker: a free public tool that uses our AI provider to analyse a resume against a job description.

What AI is NOT used for

• Final hiring decisions — those are made by humans (employers and recruiters).
• Automated rejection or shortlisting that bypasses human review.
• Profile ranking that's hidden from you — recruiter-side ranking, when used, is disclosed.

Provider

Our default AI provider is Anthropic, a US-based AI safety company. Anthropic's API does not train on data submitted to it. If we ever switch or add a provider, we'll update this page and email registered users.

Bias & fairness

We log AI scoring outputs (without personally-identifying information) for bias audits. If you believe an AI output was biased or unfair, email Contact support; we review every report.

Your control

• You can opt out of optional AI features.
• You can request a human review of any AI assessment that affected an outcome.
• You can delete all AI-generated artifacts (resumes, cover letters, reports) any time.
