By using Kaamio you agree to these terms.
What Kaamio is
Kaamio is an AI-assisted career platform: resume building, cover letter generation, mock interviews, application tracking, and job discovery. AI is an assistant, not a decision maker. AI-generated outputs (scores, feedback, suggestions) reflect machine analysis and may not capture every relevant factor.
Your account
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Kaamio.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of someone else.
- One account per person; multiple accounts to abuse plan limits will be terminated.
Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, scraping, or automated abuse.
- No fake jobs, fake credentials, or misleading content.
- No scraping our content or reverse-engineering the AI features.
Auto-apply (when available)
Auto-apply features submit applications on your behalf only with your explicit consentand only via partner APIs. Kaamio is not responsible for outcomes of auto-applied applications. We do not automate against platforms that prohibit it in their terms.
No guarantee of placement
Kaamio does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers; we provide tools to help you compete.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; you'll keep paid features until the end of the period.
- Refunds: case-by-case. Contact support.
Liability
Kaamio is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. Maximum liability in any case is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
