Tester

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Software Tester with hands-on experience in testing AI-driven and Video-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end software functionality, executing test cases based on business use cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across web-based platforms and integrated applications. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for AI and Video SaaS products. • Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and use cases. • Validate AI workflows, video processing features, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS applications. • Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables. • Execute integration testing between various software modules and third-party systems. • Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release sign-offs. • Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues. • Assist in automation testing initiatives wherever applicable. Required Skills • 2+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance. • Experience in testing AI-based applications and Video Streaming/Video Analytics solutions. • Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or Swagger. • Understanding of SaaS application architecture and cloud-based environments. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and video processing workflows. • Experience testing REST APIs and microservices architecture. • ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
