[Internal Hiring]: Account Executive

Job Description – Accounts & Finance About Vinove Vinove is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and creating a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial reports. • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements. • Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Manage payroll accounting, employee expenses, and expense tracking. • Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules and supporting documents. • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books of accounts. • Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and better financial controls. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and business requirements. • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Hands-on knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances. • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software. • Good analytical and reconciliation skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
