Associate Manager - Weaving

Key Responsibilities Production Management • Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets. • Monitor loom efficiency, machine utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). • Minimize downtime and improve productivity through effective planning and execution. • Coordinate with Warping, Sizing, Maintenance, and Quality departments for uninterrupted production. Quality Assurance • Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and quality standards. • Analyze and reduce fabric defects, loom stoppages, and rework. • Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement. Manpower Management • Lead, supervise, and develop shift supervisors, technicians, and operators. • Ensure adequate manpower deployment across shifts. • Conduct training programs to enhance operator skills and productivity. Maintenance & Process Improvement • Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve loom performance and reduce wastage. • Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and operational excellence projects. Safety & Compliance • Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies. • Promote a safe working environment and maintain housekeeping standards (5S). MIS & Reporting • Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. • Analyze production losses and recommend corrective actions.
