Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to the CEO Every great CEO has someone behind the curtain making the impossible look effortless — the person who turns chaos into calendars, ideas into itineraries, and "let's figure it out" into "already handled." At Furlenco, that person is you. We built our business on a simple idea: you shouldn't have to choose between commitment and comfort. Furlenco lets people rent the life they want, furniture and all — no strings, no stress. We move fast, think differently, and build things that matter. Now we're looking for someone just as fast and just as sharp to help run the room at the very top. What You'll Actually Be Doing • Juggle internal meetings, external stakeholders, and last-minute curveballs — and still land every plane on time. • Plan flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport across time zones, then square away the expenses without anyone breaking a sweat. • Read between the lines of every message, respond with the CEO's voice, and make sure nothing important ever slips through. • Agendas, decks, briefing docs — the stuff that makes the CEO walk into every meeting fully armed. • Sit in the room, capture what matters, chase down the action items, and make sure "we'll follow up" actually happens. • Draft communications on the CEO's behalf that sound exactly like they should — sharp, clear, and unmistakably Furlenco. • Coordinate seamlessly with founders, investors, service providers, internal teams, and anyone else who needs a straight line to the CEO's office. • Handle sensitive, confidential information with the discretion of someone who understands that trust is the entire job. What You Bring to the Table • A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments. • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior leader. • Communication skills polished enough to represent Furlenco in front of investors, entrepreneurs, and senior leadership without blinking. • A bias for action! You don't wait for instructions, you anticipate them and operate independently. • Fluency in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and the everyday tools that keep modern teams moving. What's In It For You • Work directly with the CEO and shape decisions that move the whole business. • Drive cross-functional execution and hold teams accountable to deadlines that matter. • Help define what it means to work at Furlenco — not just observe it. • Become the go-to person between the CEO's office and everyone else — internally and externally. • See how decisions actually get made, up close. • Be the trusted bridge that makes Furlenco move faster, together. If you're the kind of person who thrives on making order out of chaos, who reads a room before anyone else does, and who quietly makes the impossible look easy — we'd love to meet you.
