Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant to our customers, understanding their procurement needs, and offering tailored solutions to achieve their strategic procurement goals. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with customers to gather and analyse their technical requirements, ensuring alignment with our product capabilities. Solution Design: Configure/Develop and present technical solutions to customers, addressing their specific procurement challenges and business objectives. Integration: Build and support API integrations with 3rd party systems. Experience in workstream-specific Implementation / Support activities covering expertise areas such as Solution Design, System Customization, Formulating and executing Test cycles, Change Control Strategy, and Production Migration activities. Training and Support: Provide training to customers on the use of our procurement product, and offer ongoing technical support and guidance. Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to verify that the procurement product is performing as expected. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging procurement technologies, and provide recommendations for product enhancements. Knowledge: Gain deep domain understanding of supply chain and procurement operations across functional and technical spectrums Co-create collaterals for KPC services and develop White papers and PoVs. Communicate regularly with project managers, and customer stakeholders on status, risks, and change control. Cross functional team interactions and contribution to the BU(KPC) Requirements Ideal Candidate Must Have: Hands-on programming knowledge in Java/Python, JS, SQL Strong understanding of programming principles, must be able to write clean code Knowledge in SDLC Process, QA Automation, etc Excellent communication and high aptitude Good to Have: Full-time B.E in C.S background with 6-8 years of experience Domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement Background in ERP integration with Oracle, SAP, Xero, QB, etc Knowledge in Core Procurement Foundations, in any of the streams - Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing Knowledge in module of core S2P product - Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus Knowledge on Low code App dev/RPA SaaS product implementation experience Visualize and Conceptualize ideas/features Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc) Ability to adopt process approach to solve a problem Experience in direct Customer-facing role Benefits Your immediate success is tied to the success of the consulting team, which is measured by requirement gathering, quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction.
