Senior Content Marketing Manager

About SpotDraft SpotDraft is on a mission to enable legal and business teams to velocity-bind their growth. Our AI-native contract management platform is fundamentally redefining legal operations — and our brand narrative demands storytelling that is sharp, human, and unmistakable. We are searching for a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to architect and execute how SpotDraft communicates across markets. In this role, you will bridge analytical rigour with high-caliber editorial craft, transforming primary industry data, customer insights, and emerging market trends into authoritative content engines. The ideal candidate blends deep editorial sensibilities with a quantitative approach to distribution, seamlessly pivoting between long-form flagship reports and sharp, conversion-focused messaging. What You’ll Do 1. High-Impact Content & Data-Driven Storytelling - Speakehead our long-form publication engine, authoring flagship industry reports, benchmark e-books, and deep-dive analytical pieces that establish category authority. - Design and execute survey-driven research initiatives, turning raw market data into compelling narratives, proprietary insights, and press-worthy benchmarks. - Translate complex legal-tech workflows and AI capabilities into crisp, highly digestible frameworks for executive audiences. 2. Copywriting & Integrated Campaign Architecture - Craft precise, high-converting copy across key digital touchpoints, including landing pages, performance channels, email sequences, and high-engagement social formats. - Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Design to conceptualize and scale multi-channel brand campaigns centered on core strategic themes like SCALE and Legal AI. - Guard and evolve the SpotDraft brand tone, ensuring narrative consistency, nuance, and positioning alignment across every asset. 3. Market Intelligence & Editorial Performance - Conduct deep domain and competitive research to fuel an editorial pipeline that directly addresses buying personas and market shifts. - Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate narrative performance, leveraging analytics to refine messaging, optimize SEO parameters, and double down on high-performing assets. - Identify high-leverage content distribution loops to ensure maximum reach, performance, and cross-platform asset activation. 4. Strategic Narrative & Industry Visibility - Contribute to the long-term content roadmap, balancing opportunistic real-time commentary with sustainable evergreen programming. - Identify and capture earned media opportunities, guest features, and executive thought-leadership platforms to elevate SpotDraft's profile in the SaaS and legal ecosystem. - Support leadership with ghostwriting, keynote framing, and high-visibility industry storytelling. You’d be a great fit If You: - Bring 4–5+ years of content strategy or brand marketing expertise within B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or high-growth tech environments. - Possess elite editorial standards — you leverage AI as a force multiplier for speed and research, but your foundational writing, narrative structuring, and voice are unassailable on their own. - Display proven experience turning raw data, surveys, and complex customer inputs into flagship content assets that generate pipeline and mindshare. - Think systemically about distribution — understanding how to atomize one major research piece into dozens of derivative assets across social, email, and performance channels. - Possess relentless attention to detail across both micro-copy and macro-metrics, balancing linguistic precision with growth indicators (SEO, engagement, attribution). - Thrives in a high-ownership, cross-functional environment where creative ambition meets execution velocity. Why SpotDraft? - World-class peers: Collaborate with a sharp, ambitious team building at the intersection of legal ops and applied AI. - High-leverage reach: Connect directly with executive stakeholders, top-tier founders, investors, and industry innovators. - Autonomy & velocity: We value outcomes over bureaucracy — take complete ownership of high-visibility initiatives from day one. - Bold ambitions: We encourage calculated risk-taking, innovative content formats, and pushing creative boundaries.
