Qualifications: • Graduate/Master’s degree in Design or a related field from premier institutes. • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving approach, and ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences. • 3–5 years of experience working on UX for software products, web applications, mobile applications, and/or complex websites. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design. • Ability to develop UX deliverables such as workflows, early conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, usability improvements, mock-ups, and style guides. • Ability to work effectively with business, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with AI-enabled design/research tools and the ability to thoughtfully evaluate where AI can improve the design process or user experience is a plus.
