This is a client-facing role focused on nurturing, retaining, and expanding existing relationships within our App, Web, and CTV ecosystems. You will be the trusted advisor to our publishers — guiding them through optimization, yield strategies, and data-driven insights to unlock maximum monetization potential. As part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketplace teams to help expand InMobi from an app-first exchange to a truly omnichannel platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management, analytics, and strategy, and is passionate about driving long-term publisher success within the dynamic Ad Tech landscape. What You Will Be Doing • Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of App & Web publishers, driving long-term performance growth and satisfaction, with working exposure to CTV supply as needed. • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through yield optimization, header bidding configuration reviews, upsell of monetization products, and proactive identification of demand-side gaps (fill rate, eCPM compression, bid density). • Build deep technical and commercial understanding of each publisher's stack — ad server setup, mediation/wrapper configuration, supply path — to diagnose issues and drive optimization conversations independently, without relying on Product/Ops to interpret the problem. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Demand, Marketplace, Engineering, and Business Development teams to coordinate supply and demand strategy, resolve technical integration issues, and shape roadmap priorities using direct publisher feedback. • Lead monetization strategy for new App & Web supply partners, partnering with Sales on technical scoping and go-live requirements during onboarding. • Represent InMobi externally at key industry events and forums, serving as a credible market ambassador for the Publisher Platforms business. • Proactively coach peers within the organization to uplift team capabilities and contribute to broader Supply Partnerships success. What We Are Looking For • 5+ years in Publisher Monetization, Programmatic Account Management, or Yield Management at an SSP, Ad Exchange, or Ad Network — App and Web inventory specifically (CTV-only background is not a fit). • Hands-on technical fluency: header bidding wrapper configuration (Prebid client, server-side, GOB, TAM, etc.), OpenRTB request/response troubleshooting, waterfall vs. unified auction mechanics, floor price strategy, and app-side SDK/mediation debugging. • Working knowledge of consent and privacy signal frameworks (TCF, GPP) and their impact on fill and match rates. • Comfortable running independent data analysis — SQL or BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) — to build a yield or revenue case without waiting on an analyst. • Track record of managing a defined book of business and independently driving account-level QBRs. • Proven ability to develop structured account growth plans and influence decision-makers to align on shared commercial goals. • Proven ability to translate technical diagnosis into a commercial conversation — explaining a bid request problem to a publisher in terms of dollars, not protocol. • Strong written and verbal communication, including comfort presenting technical findings to senior external stakeholders and representing InMobi in external market settings.
